Most people who start out well, usually run out of steam or fail to complete their long term plans for greater health. On the other hand, others seem to pull it off easily. By doing so, you will always have a higher expectation for yourself during your training. But do know what are the limits for your expectations. Make it relevant and simple. Don't hope for things like, "I want to be fit and sexy in 1 week" or "I want to lift from 5kg to 50kg in the next training session". Give yourself realistic expectations, not dreams that you could never achieve.
