1. Being Hungry
There many people start to decrease their eat portion or skip their meals in order to lose weight. This is the wrong step in diet. You can’t lose weight by yourself, you need the ‘third’ person to help you. And the person is METABOLISM. You need high metabolism to help you in burn more calories and also burn your far storage. You need energy that you get it from meals to face the day. if you skip your meals, you will not get enough energy, how about your metabolism process? The ideal is eating 5 meals a day, split it from your big meals. Eat

And the only way to get the reserve immediately is get it from the protein not the fat.
