By all means the first care is to take the sun only at the hours in which there is no danger, and using a good sun protection. The vitamin E contains some nutritional elements that help to heal the skin, and for that reason is indispensable to confront this time of summer where the exhibition to the sun is high. We can consume this vitamin with vegetal oils, germ of wheat, dry fruits, integral cereals and vegetables of green leaf.
