What Foods To Eat To Lose Weight Fast

Have you heard the saying that, we are what we eat? Well it is absolutley true. Did you know that 98% of the atoms in your body are replaced within one year. Every three months, your body produces an entirely new skeleton. Every six weeks, all the cells have been replaced in your liver. You have a new stomach lining every five days. You are continually replacing old blood cells with new ones. The food we eat every day is very important.

Knowing what foods are good and which are bad makes a much easier to follow because you have a lot more options.If yor goal is to lose weight then choosing the right foods is essential. Everyone knows that to lose weight you need calorie deficit. So you either create a deficit with a diet, with exercise or both. But not all calories are the same.


Your goal is to get the maximum nutritional value from every calorie you eat. Foods that have been refined, enriched, preserved, processed, canned, boxed or frozen will usually have less nutritional

value than natural foods. The more foods you eat that are in their natural state the more you get from the calories. choose fresh foods over canned or frozen foods, and natural unrefined foods over more processed foods. An apple has more nutritional value than apple juice and an apple pie has even less value compared to a fresh apple.

“Junk food” has practically no nutritional value and they do not boost your metabolism. They are also called „empty calories.“ Foods like Candy, chocolate, sweets, doughnuts, pastries, fried foods, ice cream, sausage, bacon, potatoe chips etc.

There are foods that you should not eat and foods you should eat. Now lets talk about what foods you should eat. These foods have a lot of nutritional value and these are foods you can’t go wrong with. Foods you should eat: oatmeal (old fashioned), potatoes (baked), yams, fresh fruits, vegetables, brown rice, low fat dairy products, fish, egg whites, chicken breast and occasinally some read meat.
