Avoid eating chocolates, sweets and other fat rich foods. Try to eat more and more green vegetables, as they have high nutritional value and less fat content, also include fruits in your meal.

Change your exercise regime frequently so that you don’t lose interest. Lack of proper and exercise are not the only reason for gaining weight. Psychological reasons like depression can also result in weight gain. So the concept is very simple change the way you eat and work and you don’t have to worry about unnecessary weight gain anymore.
